Background
Milk Chan is the titlular 5-year-old superheroine of her self-titled anime. She was voiced by Japanese voice actress Haruka Nakamura.
Appearance
Milk Chan is a young girl having blue hair alongside a red-and-white superhero outfit with large sleeves, an antenna on her helmet, and her boots have matching pom-poms on top.
Personality
Milk Chan is an infantile little girl whose status as a superhero is questionable. She is often selfish, bossy, short-tempered, and has a habit of drooling, but is not devoid of decent qualities (such as a softer side). She harbors a love-hate relationship with the President and Tetsuko, alternating between tormenting them and getting along with them. Although she works officially for the President, she chooses on her own whether or not she wants to follow his orders. Regardless of whether or not she takes the President's missions, Milk Chan always takes credit and celebrates her success by going out to eat sushi.
She is a remarkably cunning strategist as well, plotting elaborate schemes, and decoying everybody's perceptions to achieve her goals, though she is often underestimated due to her significantly young age, which she tends to use to her advantage.
While Milk Chan is certainly very intelligent and mature for someone her age, there are some moments showing that she is still just a little kid, such as her house being the shape of a baby bottle, and she still drinks powdered milk from a baby bottle on occasion.
Trivia
- She may or may not have any actual superpowers, despite being a superhero.
